Revive Ketamine Box
Following your consultation, you will receive your Revive Ketamine box directly to your door. Inside, you’ll find everything you need to complete your ketamine treatment from the comfort of your home like blood pressure cuff, eye mask and a notepad. Your medication will be delivered separately.
Medication delivery
Our network of specialized compounding pharmacies, or your preferred pharmacy, will deliver a 30-day supply of medication directly to your home within 5-7 days. Upon receipt of your medication, we will follow up with you to discuss the initiation of your treatment.
